John Crocker Sentenced

John Crocker was sentenced February 15, 2012 in the Court of Common Pleas, No. 98 of 2011, as follows:

  • As to Count 1, Manufacture, Delivery or Possession With Intent to Manufacture/Deliver Controlled Substance, the defendant is sentenced to incarceration with the Bureau of Corrections for a period of not less than 24 months nor more than 48 months.  He will pay a fine of $500.00.
  • As to Count 3, Manufacture, Delivery of Possession With Intent to Manufacture/Deliver Controlled Substance, defendant is sentenced to ao concurrent term of incarceration with the Bureau of Corrections for a period of 24-48 months, to run concurrent with Count 1.  He will pay a fine of $500.00.

The defendant shall pay costs of the court.  He shall pay a supervision fee of $25.00 per month and an administrative fee of $20.00 per month for all time spent on probation/parole.   The defendant shall perform 30 hours of community service for Potter County, and pay insurance costs.  The defendant shall pay  Erie Crime Lab Fee Reimbursement of $113.00.  The defendant shall pay DA Expense Reimbursement of $150.00.   The defendant will pay an Act 198 fee of $100.00.  He will be the subject of a comprehensive drug and alcohol evaluation and comply with all treatment recommendations relative to drug and alcohol abuse, at his own expense, and will attend AA or NA meetings as directed. He is also subject to mandatory DNA testing and will pay the $250 fee for the same.  The defendant being an Unlawful User of Controlled Substance (Form 2251 required).
