Johnstown Aircraft Crashes into Hudson River
1 min readKINGSTON, NY – A vintage military jet that took off from Johnstown, PA, crashed into the Hudson River yesterday at about 1:30 pm.
The crash happened shortly after the plane made a low pass over the airstrip, landing into an ice-covered portion of the river.
Officials say only the pilot, Michael Faraldi, was aboard the British-made BAC 167 Strikemaster when it crashed. He is missing, and feared to be dead.
