BUFFALO, N.Y. (WGRZ) — The case involving an Allegany County man who claims he owns 84 percent of the popular social networking website, Facebook, was back in federal court this morning.
Judge Richard Arcara will decide whether or not to keep the case in federal court or have it moved back to State Supreme Court in Allegany County.
Paul Ceglia, a part-time web designer from Wellsville, claims the Chief Executive Officer of Facebook, Mark Zuckerberg, owes him ownership rights of the site.
