Justin Everett Robinson Arrested

Trooper Daniel J. Spath from the Mansfield PSP reports that on 3-29-12 at 13:05 hours Justin Everett Robinson, 33, of Cogan Station, PA was on Charleston Road at Caitlin Hollow Road, Charlestown Township, Tioga County.  Trooper Spath initiated a traffic stop for a lawful  reason.  Robinson was found to be in possession of and under the influence of a controlled substance.  He was taken into custody and transported to Soldiers and Sailors Hospital where he consented to a legal blood draw.  Robinson will be charged with DUI, Act 64 violations and associated traffic violations.  Charges will be filed at 04-3-02.
