Juvenile En Route to Foster Home Accused of Resisting Arrest
1 min readHARRISON TWP. – State Police in Coudersport say they will charge a 15-year-old Ulysses male with disorderly conduct and resisting arrest, after he allegedly became disorderly and physically resistant while being transported by Children and Youth Services to a foster home relative.
Police say they responded to a residence along Route 49 in Harrison Township to assist Potter County Children and Youth with transport of the juvenile at approximately 10:10 p.m. on August 20.
The youth is then accused of physically resisting CYS agents and State Police.
Police say the youth was court ordered to the foster home of the relative.
Charges will be filed with the Potter County Juvenile Probation Department.
