* IMPACTS…SNOW WILL CAUSE LIMITED VISIBILITIES AND SLIPPERY TRAVEL. PREVIOUSLY WET ROADWAYS MAY BECOME ICY LATE THIS EVENING. STRONG WIND GUSTS WITH THIS SYSTEM WILL FURTHER REDUCE VISIBILITIES WITH BLOWING SNOW. WIND CHILLS WILL DIP BELOW ZERO ON TUESDAY.
