* LOCATION…WARREN AND MCKEAN COUNTIES

* ACCUMULATIONS…6 TO 12 INCHES…WITH LOCALLY 18 INCHES PLUS.

* TIMING…SUNDAY NIGHT THROUGH TUESDAY AFTERNOON.

* WINDS…NORTHWEST AT 15 TO 30 MPH WITH GUSTS NEAR 40 MPH

*IMPACTS…FALLING SNOW AND BLOWING SNOW WILL CREATE POOR VISIBILITIES AND NEAR WHITEOUT CONDITIONS AT TIMES. ROADS WILL BE DIFFICULT TO KEEP CLEAR…AND TRAVEL WILL BE DIFFICULT. WIND CHILLS WILL DROP TO THE SINGLE DIGITS BELOW ZERO BY TUESDAY.
