Lindsay Lohan Gets 90 Days in Jail

After several hours in a courtroom, Lindsay Lohan was sentenced to 90 days in jail for violations of probation that required her to attend alcohol education classes. She broke down in tears after the Judge entered the order.

An arrest warrant was issued a few weeks ago for Lohan’s arrest, after an ankle monitor she was wearing went off, indicating that she had alcohol in her system.

She is due to report for jail on July 20, 2010.

The video below shows a few minutes early in the hearing. The DA pressed the Judge throughout the session, reminding her that Lohan disobeyed a court order.
