A team of five Potter County Human Services employees were deployed to assist flood victims at federal disaster recovery centers in eastern Pennsylvania last week. Disaster Coordination Outreach Response Team members Jim Kockler, Melissa Gee, Mark Benson, Colleen Wilbur and Rick Kunselman were part of DCORT teams assigned by the Office of Mental Health and Substance Abuse Services and the Pa. Dept. of Public Welfare to help victims from Bradford, Wayne and Wyoming counties.
