Loud Music Results in Disorderly Conduct Charges

COUDERSPORT – Two Coudersport men have been charged with summary Disorderly Conduct after they allegedly played music too loud in the Boro during early morning hours.

Police say 22-year-old Vance D. Surra and 23-year-old Allen M. Moore were cited for playing music too loud at 2:25 am. The incident happened at a Dwight Street residence on December 30.

Both were charged in District Court 55-3-01.
