Thieves steal cash, flashlights

COUDERSPORT – State Police investigated a Burglary that occurred sometime between November 19 at 5 pm and November 20 at 7 am at Mahaley’s Stihl Shop on Route 49 in Allegany Township.

Police say the burglars forced entry into the shop and stole two flashlights, valued at $24.95 each, and approximately $20 in cash.

Anyone with information in regards to the crime is asked to contact the Coudersport-based State Police at 814-274-8690.

  1. That’s funny and not at the same time. Equipment dealers and rental shops are common targets for burglars, but they usually steal something more valuable. Maybe they needed the flashlights so they could go break in some where else?
