Man Accused of Kicking 11-Year-Old Girl
1 min readULYSSES – Daryl D. Cornell, 34, of Ulysses, has been charged by State Police with Harassment after he allegedly kicked an 11-year-old girl in the leg.
Police say the incident happened at an Academy Street residence on August 15.
Cornell will be charged in District Judge Delores Bristol’s courtroom, according to police.
Someone needs to kick him. There is nothing right about kicking a child no matter what the circumstances are/were. That is child abuse.
