Man Arrested at Hospital for Possession of Drug Paraphernalia
1 min readCOUDERSPORT – Joseph C. Clemons, age 24, was arrested and charged by State Police after he was allegedly discovered to be in possession of drug paraphernalia at the Charles Cole Memorial Hospital.
Police say on July 6 they received a report of a person possibly in possession of drug paraphernalia.
Police say upon arrival at the hospital they found Clemons to be in possession of illegal drug paraphernalia.
Clemons will be charged in District Judge Annette Easton’s courtroom with public drunkenness and violating the controlled substance, drug, device and cosmetic act.
An investigation into the matter continues.
