Man Arrested for Assault
1 min readKEATING SUMMIT – A 29-year-old man faces assault charges following an incident that took place in Portage Township on April 8.
State Police say Thomas W. Pritt struck a 26-year-old male several times in the face with a closed fist, without provocation.
Police say the victim suffered severe swelling and several cuts under his right eye from the punches.
As a result, Pritt has been charged with Simple Assault and Harassment.
Pritt was arraigned in front of District Judge Delores G. Bristol, who set bail at $5,000 unsecured.
