Man Charged for Loose Dog

1 min read

ROULETTE – A Coudersport man has been cited for not properly securing his dog.

State Police say they investigated a dog at large complaint in which the owner, 70-year-old Raymond E. Card, is accused of not securing his dog with a collar or other device.

Police say the dog strayed beyond premises at the Pine Lane trailer park in the Village of Roulette.

As a result, Card was cited with a summary violation of confinement and housing of dogs not part of a kennel in District Judge Annette Easton’s courtroom.

Police say an investigation continues, and ask anyone with information to contact them by calling 814-274-8690.
