Man Charged with 7 Counts of Rape in Potter County
1 min readSYLVANIA TWP. – A Mill Hall man has been jailed on multiple counts of rape in Potter County.
State Police in Coudersport have accused 47-year-old Robert L. Mason of having indecent contact with a Jersey Shore girl at his camp from the time she was 13-years-old until she was 19.
Mason was charged with 7 counts of Rape(F1), 3 counts of Statutory Sexual Assault(F1), 10 counts Involuntary Deviate Sexual Intercourse(F1), 10 counts Aggravated Indecent Assault(F2), 1 count of Corruption of Minors(F3), and 10 counts of Indecent Assault(M).
Mason was arraigned in front of District Judge Annette Easton and remanded to the Potter County Jail in lieu of $25,000 bail.
