Man Charged with Drug Possession
1 min readCOUDERSPORT – A scattering rubbish investigation resulted in various charges for a Coudersport man and three others.
As a result of the investigation, Deven Van Pelt was charged with possession of drug paraphernalia. Van Pelt and three other passengers; Kristina Krog, Betty Johnston, and Kip Dorey, were all charged with underage possession of alcohol, according to police.
The incident took place in the parking lot of Sheetz in Coudersport in August of last year.

You don’t think your name is in the Potter Leader Enterprise? Of course it is… go tell them to remove your arrest record (which is still FACT and public record) from their newspapers. Furthermore, if any of you had any sense, what you would be asking for is an update to the article so people can see you were found not guilty. Demanding a newspaper remove your arrest report (which no newspapers do) is asinine and ignorant – and attacking this publication and the staff isn’t going to get you anywhere. not only that it is all false info the cop was getting gas. he had no legal right to search the car or even to point a tazer at our heads. we did as he said while he was fueling the car and there was a driver at the age of 21. mind you that the case was un open at the time.
