Man Charged with DUI following Crash
1 min readULYSSES TWP. – A Genesee man is facing charges for driving under the influence following a crash at the intersection of Route 49 and the Torok Road on October 30.
Police say 36-year-old Bradley Empson lost control of his Toyota Tundra on icy road conditions and subsequently rolled his truck.
Police say DUI charges are pending a BAC.
