Man Charged with Harassment for Pushing, Spitting on Woman

GENESEE – Justin L. Hanes, 30, of Genesee, was arrested by State Police on charges of Harassment, after he allegedly pushed a 31-year-old Genesee woman and spit on her during an argument.
Police say the incident happened in Genesee on the afternoon of January 17.
