Man Charged with Stealing Guns

A Port Allegany man has been charged with stealing several guns from a Keating Township home Tuesday afternoon. State Police say that 18 year-old Timothy Durgan took several long guns and pistols from the home of John Kelly of Keating Township. Durgan then allegedly tried to sell the guns to a Kane business. He was jailed on $50,000 bail.
