An Arcade man is facing 13 charges, including rape and DWI. 39 year-old Christopher Sharp is accused of raping a woman in the Town of Otto in November.

An Arcade man is facing 13 charges, including rape and DWI. 39 year-old Christopher Sharp is accused of raping a woman in the Town of Otto in November. He is also facing DWI charges for an incident in October, the removal of his child from it’s lawful guardian in October and violation of a protection order last August. Sharp is jailed in the Cattaraugus County Jail on $250,000 dollars.
