Man, Teens arrested for Spray Painting Graffiti on Car and House
1 min readROULETTE – Police have charged 20-year-old Phillip M. Friend and three juveniles with criminal mischief and harassment after they allegedly sprayed graffiti on a house, car and roadway in the area of Second and Third Street in Roulette.
Police say the incident happened during the evening hours of November 8.
Charged along with Friend was a 15-year-old female from Roulette; a 16-year-old female from Roulette; and a 17-year-old male from Bradford.
Listed as victims of the crime was 61-year-old Marian E. Baker; a 16-year-old Roulette female and two 17-year-old Roulette males.
Police filed charges against Friend and the three juveniles in District Court 55-4-01 (Barbara Easton).
Phillip-get a job and stop hanging out with kids. Graffiti? geez, grow up already.
I wasn’t there. I got charged because I had the spray cans in my car. I had a job at that point in time, and one of those “kids” i’ve known since I was a kid. So stay out of business that isn’t yours.
