Maryland Man Charged with Public Drunkenness
1 min readABBOTT TWP. – A Maryland man will answer to summary charges of public drunkenness in District Court 55-4-03.
Police say 23-year-old Kevin B. Vaughan was “found to be intoxicated to a degree that he may endanger himself or annoy persons in his vicinity.”
The incident took place on Saturday, August 13 on the Club Hill Road, one mile south of Route 144 in Abbott Township, Potter County.
