Meeting Set Tuesday In Emporium On 2011 Farm Bill

A meeting on the 2011 Farm Bill will be held on Tuesday, Aug. 10, at the Cameron County Courthouse in Emporium from 9:30 to noon. Members of a technical advisory committee will be sorting through priorities for federal programs affecting agriculture and natural resources conservation. Farmers and others interested in agriculture are welcome. Those who cannot attend, but would like to offer input, should contact Lou Ann Swope at (814) 375-2125, ext. 113.
