Men Arrested for Public Drunkenness in Ulysses
1 min readULYSSES – Two Coudersport men face charges of public drunkenness after an incident in Ulysses on August 22.
State Police say Justin R. Ruppert, 31, and Kenneth E. Ruppert, 26, were both found to be “intoxicated to the degree that they may endanger themselves or annoy other person(s) in their vicinity.”
Police say the men were found to be highly intoxicated after arriving at 222 Rocky Lane in Ulysses for a report of a disturbance.
Both men will face summary charges in District Court 55-4-03.
