COUDERSPORT, Pa. — Sadie Lynn Shoenfelt, a 18-year-old resident of Middletown, Pa., is facing charges of Theft By Unlaw Taking-Movable Prop, in violation of 18 Pa.C.S. § 3921(a), and Int Poss Contr Subst By Per Not Reg, in violation of 35 Pa.C.S. § 780-113(a)(16), in the Court of Common Pleas of Potter County.
