Missing Elmira 3-Year-Old Found

Ambert Alert canceled

ELMIRA, N.Y. (WIVB) – The Elmira Police Department has canceled the Amber Alert that was activated early Wednesday morning.

Just before 11 a.m, police canceled the Amber Alert for three-year-old Jacob Ryan Davila.

A concerned citizen in the Rochester area recognized the vehicle from the description in the Amber Alert.

The citizen followed the suspect vehicle to the Microtel in Henrietta, New York, and called police.

Police found the boy, who is safe.

Police have taken four adults into custody.
