More Charges for Mills Man Who Fired Rifle into Ceiling

HARRISON TWP. – The Mills man who allegedly threatened a woman and then fired a rifle into an apartment’s ceiling while heavily intoxicated, now faces new charges.

State Police have charged 36-year-old John W. Huggler with felony Possession of a Firearm.

Huggler, who waived his Preliminary Hearing on Thursday,  is currently incarcerated in the Potter County Jail in lieu of $100,000 bail.
