Motorcyclist Suffers Minor Injury in Dutch Hill Crash
1 min readEULALIA TWP. – A Coudersport man suffered minor injuries as the result of a motorcycle crash on the Dutch Hill Road Tuesday, September 13.
State Police say 52-year-old Link R. Green was traveling in an easterly direction on Dutch Hill Road, just east of Vader Hill Road, when he lost control of his motorcycle while braking into a sharp right turn at the crest of a hill.
Police say Green’s motorcycle began fishtailing, at which point the motorcycle slid across the oncoming lane of travel and into a patch of gravel and dirt, before tipping to the right and tossing Green into a yard.
Police say Green was wearing a full face helmet and only suffered minor injuries.
His motorcycle sustained minimal damage consisting of scratches on the windshield and side.
Green was cited for driving vehicle at safe speed in District Court 55-3-01.
Coudersport Volunteer Fire Department assisted at the scene.
