National Fuel Lowers Rates amid Decrease in Natural Gas Costs
Effective yesterday, customers of National Fuel will see a decrease of 8.2% in the cost of natural gas.
The decrease lowers an average montly bill from $93 to $85.
National Fuel says the decrease in rates is a direct result of a continuing decline in the cost of natural gas, due to increased development in the Marcellus Shale.
