Natural Gas Task Force Meeting Tuesday Night Open To Public

What have we seen in early development of the Marcellus Shale natural gas industry in Potter County? More importantly, what does the crystal ball reveal for 2011 and beyond?

Those two themes will be the focus of the final Potter County Natural Gas Task Force meeting of the year. It’s scheduled for 7 pm Tuesday, Nov. 9, at the Gunzburger Building in Coudersport, and is open to the public.

There will be presentations on issues ranging from water quality and the industry’s impact on township roads, to job training, emergency services and gas drilling on state forest land.
