Nicholas S. Deoliveira Faces Multiple Charges in Potter County; Case Proceeds to Court of Common Pleas

COUDERSPORT, Pa. — Nicholas S. Deoliveira, a 30-year-old resident of Roselle, New Jersey, is facing multiple charges in the Court of Common Pleas of Potter County, following an incident that occurred on September 1, 2025, in Harrison Township, Potter County.

According to court records, Deoliveira has been charged with Driving Under the Influence (DUI): Controlled Substance – Schedule 1 – 1st Offense, in violation of 75 § 3802 §§ D1i*; DUI: Controlled Substance – Metabolite – 1st Offense, in violation of 75 § 3802 §§ D1iii*; DUI: Controlled Substance – Impaired Ability – 1st Offense, in violation of 75 § 3802 §§ D2*; Marijuana-Small Amount Personal Use, in violation of 35 § 780-113 §§ A31I; Use/Possession of Drug Paraphernalia, in violation of 35 § 780-113 §§ A32; Careless Driving, in violation of 75 § 3714 §§ A; Exceed 35 MPH in Urban District 21 MPH, in violation of 75 § 3362 §§ A1-21; and two counts of Fail to Use Safety Belt – Driver/Front Seat Occupant, in violation of 75 § 4581 §§ A2iiA.
