No Charges after Eldred Man Breaks Car Windows
1 min readROULETTE – Police say they investigated an incident of Criminal Mischief that occurred at 7:25 pm on March 5 at a location on 4th Street in Roulette.
David M. Darush, 25, of Eldred, allegedly destroyed 2 windows in a vehicle belonging to David B. Darush, 49, of Roulette.
Police say the younger Darush will not be charged as the victim declined prosecution.
