NY Man Picked Up on Bench Warrant, In Possession of Drug Paraphernalia
1 min readWEST BRANCH TWP. – An New York man is behind bars in Potter County, after State Police arrested him on a bench warrant from Lebanon County, and then allegedly found him to be in possession of drug paraphernalia.
Police say 48-year-old Robert Barner, of Andover, was arrested at a camp off of West Branch Road on August 4.
Barner was allegedly found to be in possession of drug paraphernalia when police searched him. He will be charged in District Court 55-4-03 for the drug paraphernalia.
Barner was remanded to the Potter County jail due to the bench warrant.
Thats right go after the hardened criminals for drug paraphernalia and leave the RAPISTS and MURDERERS out on the street.

I believe they arrested Mr Barner on a bench warrant from Lebanon County and only then found the paraphernalia.
