NY Vacuum Salesmen Charged With Misdemeanor

SYRACUSE – The two salesmen were still at a home demonstration in Richfield Springs when police arrived. Apparently they were trying to “save the situation”, but with no such luck. Police charged the two with Reckless Endangerment of property.
The homeowners are seeking $1,300 in damages. Officials did not elaborate on what was done to the mattress.
OMG. I bet they dumped grape juice on it!!!
What a load of crap. Look I can see making the guys or their company pay for the damages, but to charge them with a crime? Maybe they should charge the state with a crime the next time a snowplow runs down my mailbox.
Well they DID let them in their home and DID give them permission to touch their property. How stupid!
