Officer Adam Skweres House Arrest in Jeopardy
1 min readSuspended Pittsburgh police officer Adam Skweres, on house arrest while awaiting trial on charges of trying to trade sex acts for legal favors, could be sent back to the Allegheny County Jail.
Prosecutors and defense attorneys have been ordered to come to court this morning to decide if his electronic home monitoring should be revoked. Judge Ed Borkowski made the order yesterday after Skweres and his lawyer conducted media interviews together at a downtown Pittsburgh office.
The 34-year-old Skweres is charged with attempted rape, indecent assault, bribery, coercion and official oppression. Allegations date as far back as 2008, with the most recent being from February of this year.
