Olean Murder Suspect in Court Today

OLEAN, N.Y. (WIVB) – A southern tier man is set to face a judge Thursday, accused in a deadly shooting.

Martez Johnson, 33, of Allegany is charged with second-degree murder.

Police say he shot and killed 27-year-old James Williams at the victim’s Second Street home in Olean, earlier this month.
