Only 6 Spots Left for Comprehensive Blood Analysis Event

1 min read

Only 6 openings remain.

The Blood Analysis does not require a doctor’s order and will be open to the general public this May 21, 2011 from 6 a.m. to 9 a.m. at the St. Eulalia Parish Center, (located across from Sheetz in Coudersport).

Each year, the Coudersport Rotary Club, in conjunction with the Charles Cole Memorial Hospital, makes this service available to the general public, so that people without medical insurance, and even those with medical insurance, can monitor their health annually at an affordable rate of $45.00.  This analysis is truly “comprehensive”, and includes 30 commonly requested blood tests including CBC, anemia, diabetes, respiratory disease, coronary heart disease, kidney disease, bone disease and more!  (PSA and TSH testing are also available at an additional and minimal fee.)

Online & phone PRE-REGISTRATIONS are due no later than Thursday, May 19, 2011 at www.CharlesColeHospital.com or by calling 274-8200.

The Charles Cole Memorial Hospital does not make any money on this event and instead donates the revenues raised to our local Coudersport Rotary Club, a non-profit organization.  That money is then allocated to other local humanitarian initiatives and community-based projects throughout the area!

Anyone interested in registering for the Blood Analysis can do so by going online to www.CharlesColeHospital.com or by calling CCMH at 274-8200.
