PA State Police Warn Residents to Lock Vehicles

State Police warn of persistent thefts from vehicles in area

MONTOURSVILLE – State Police have issued a public information news release warning the public about repeated car thefts in the Troop – F area, which includes Cameron, Clinton, Lycoming, Montour, Northumberland, Potter, Snyder, Tioga, and Union Counties.

According to police they have continually been receiving reports of thefts from vehicles in these areas including CD’s, money, purses and wallets and even firearms.

Police warn residents to to lock their doors at all times and remove any items of value from your vehicle while parked or after arriving at your destination.
