PA Supreme Court Amends Campaigning Rules for District Judges

District Judges will now be allowed to begin campaigning right after the previous general election, as the result of a Pennsylvania Supreme Court decision on Wednesday.

The modification gives candidates an extra two months of campaign time.

The court has also clarified political activity that is illegal, such as working on campaigns or soliciting political contributions.
