Pain Medication Stolen from Galeton Woman
1 min readGALETON – State Police say a known male suspect stole 720 prescribed pain medication tablets from 63-year-old Bessie M. Paul, of Galeton, PA, on November 7 at approximately 9:30 pm.
The pain medication, which has NOT been recovered, is described as ‘Propoxyphene’ (generic Darvocet) and is in the form of pink, oval shaped tablets, bearing the number 93 on one side and 890 on the other side. A total of 8 prescription bottles with approximately 720 total tablets were stolen.
State Police are asking anyone with information regarding this incident, or the whereabouts of the pills, to please contact them by calling 814-274-8690.
