Parts of Warren Flooding

Several spots around Warren are flooded today after the Allegheny river spilled it’s banks. Parts of Point Park are under water and Breeze Point Landing is closed because of high water. US Army Corps of Engineers Resource Manager Rodney Daum says the problem is the Kinzua Reservoir is at capacity. Daum says the river will be running high for the next few days.
