Pink Flamingo Thief Strikes in Wellsboro
1 min readTIOGA CO. – Two four-foot tall wooden pink flamingos were stolen from the lawn of 60-year-old Charles Messina, of Balsam Road, according to State Police in Mansfield.
A flag pole and three lawn ornaments were also damaged sometime between May 19 – 27. Loss is estimated at $110.
