Pittsburgh Man Charged with Public Drunkenness
1 min readCOUDERSPORT – A Pittsburgh man will answer to charges of public drunkenness in District Court 55-3-01 after he allegedly created a hazard to himself and passing motorists.
State Police say 41-year-old Harry Edwin was observed walking along Route 6, near Toles Hollow Road, in a visibly intoxicated state.
Edwin was issued a non-traffic citation for public drunkenness.
