Police: PennDOT Worker Drove Drunk to Crash Scene

CHARLEROI, Pa. — A PennDOT employee has resigned after allegedly driving drunk to the scene of a fatal car crash last month.

Police say Budzanoski was drunk when he arrived at a crash scene in Fallowfield Township, Washington County on November 5 in a PennDOT vehicle. Budzanoski allegedly had a blood alcohol level more than three times the legal limit for drivers.
