Port Allegany Man Arrested for DUI, Possession of Marijuana
1 min readROULETTE – A Port Allegany man faces charges of DUI and possession of marijuana, following a traffic stop in the village of Roulette on November 14, 2010.
Police say 19-year-old Jacob M. Borowsky was stopped on Hester Avenue for traffic violations, and was subsequently arrested for DUI (by controlled substance) and possession of marijuana.
Police say Borowsky had alcoholic beverages, a small amount of marijuana and a marijuana pipe in his possession.
Charges were filed in District Court 55-4-01.
