Port Allegany Man Jailed on Felony Corruption of Minors Charge
1 min readSMETHPORT – Thomas Edward Lamont, age 63, of Port Allegany, PA, has been arrested and jailed on a felony charge of corruption of minors.
Court records indicate Lamont was arrested today by State Police in Kane and arraigned before District Judge William K. Todd.
Lamont has been charged with corruption of minors(F3), indecent assault(M2), and indecent assault person less than 16 years of age.
Judge William Todd set bail at $20,000. Lamont was unable to post bail and was committed to the McKean County Jail.
A Preliminary Hearing has been scheduled for September 19 at 9:00 a.m. in Judge Todd’s courtroom.
