Port Allegany Man Pleads Guilty to Drug Charges
1 min readMCKEAN CO. – A Port Allegany man arrested in a major McKean County drug bust last July, has pleaded guilty to charges he sold oxycodone to an undercover agent.
Alan Kelley, age 54, is scheduled for sentencing on May 12.
