Port Allegany Woman arrested on Fugitive Charges

POTTER CO. – A Port Allegany, PA woman, said to be a fugitive from justice, was arrested and released on $1,000 bail.

State Police say they served a warrant on 58-year-old Carol Ann Weakland for a Fraud-Bad Check violation in New York.

Police said she was placed into custody and arraigned on December 21, and then released.
