Portville Man Faces Felony Assault Charges
1 min readA Portville man is facing felony charges after an alleged assault of a woman. According to the Cattaraugus County Sheriff’s Office, 21-year-old Joel Grabow is accused of throwing a full can of beer at a woman’s face. The woman was left with cuts that required stitches. Grabow also allegedly punched a hole in a door, pushed the victim to the ground, and smashed a large door mirror. The Sheriff’s Office also said the incident happened with two young children present. Grabow is charged with felony second-degree assault and criminal mischief, as well as two counts of endangering the welfare of a child.
